Satisfying
Some interesting stuff, but the reason I came to this video was the preview pic, which showed some sort of underground downspout drain I wanted to learn more about. I have watched and then skimmed through again several times, nothing about that drain that I could find. Sorry, have to give video thumbs down for false advertising.I especially like the accordion style sink drain. Yep, no clogs gonna happen in that free flowing system.
Here’s an idea, leave it to the real plumbers and use actual pipe fittings instead of rigging your plumbing for failures later on and having to fix it again! The idea is great, and the video performance is beyond the norm. Well done.Place a coupling on one end, make a short stub with coupling number two, lay alongside cut longer pipe end to meet the second coupling center, assemble and glue, if there is not enough room to do this it's time to dig or go to other side of wall and make it. A leak can cost way way more than just doing it right.
Everyone nowadays could cobble parts of modern vehicles but this is this fellows way of life and I think we should all compliment him for what he does and keeping another tradition alive that I sense we will need to do again someday.A wonderful work. Very strong wooden wheels and I bow to you for that work.Every time I watch one of these videos I am amazed and humbled by the incredible work ethic of these people and how they seem to be able fix or create almost anything with so little. So much respect.
Your dump truck reminds me of my old one. Cummins L-10 that killed every mosquito for 20 miles. Good job Sam.
In 1969 my father had a 500-gallon oil tank buried for the furnace oil. We were going to have it filled the next day. It rained hard the night after it was buried. Run off from the hillside ran right over where the tank was. The next morning the tank was completely out of the hole. Guess what 16-year-old had to pump the hole out and remove the mud. Made for great viewing bro and the old garden rake still has a place even to this day. Safe travels Ken.
For a basic overview to introduce this subject to H&S Reps, I found this video to the point, without being too long and boring. Ideal for refresher training. Note, I am from South Africa, but my experience has shown it does not matter where in the world you stay, health and safety rules and regulations pretty much remain similar. I found this video very useful. Nice informative video with some great production value too (which isn't usually the case in these types of educational videos). Goes over things quickly and uses an example that could happen on quite a few worksites.
